The Tishbi Winery includes a tourist center that overlooks the vineyards of the estate. The center was recently built and has a Kosher dairy restaurant with a rich menu based on fresh cheeses from the Yaakob and Meiri dairy farms, fresh vegetables and baked bread right out of the oven.
The wine store in the tourist center offers our guests the best wines of the estate. There is a "filling tank" for visitors to fill wine into containers from their own home. In addition it is possible to purchase accessories and other wine-gadgets and gifts. The tourist center has guided tours interlaced with explanations about the world of wine and the art of tasting wine. The center accepts parties and other events for 100 people or more. There are two areas of the restaurant: a closed porch with sitting for 50 guests and an open-air area with tables and benches in the shade of a roof of vines overlooking part of the Tishbi Estate vineyards. The shaded area accepts about 100 guests. Weekday hours: 8am until 5pm Friday hours until 3pm The restaurant is strictly kosher under the supervision of the Zichron Yaakov Rabbinate.
