Arkia Airlines recently signed an agreement with Tishbi
Estate Winery for them to supply a variety of wines for
the airline's passengers' in-flight service.
Eyal
Bar Hayim, Tishbi Winery's Sales & Marketing Manager,
said that the step was aimed at positioning the wines
served on Arkia planes as premium products with refined
tastes for the passenger and notes that Arkia's decision
is both excellent and "spicy" and will pamper the
passengers with a quality product from the Tishbi Estate
Winery.
One
of the factors that contributed to Arkia's selection of
Tishbi wines is the fact that they use screw-caps on the
bottles which contributes to the quality of the wines,
simplifies opening for the stewards, and provides a
hermetic closure every time for a fresh and fruity wine
that maintains its aroma.
