Wine Season Has Begun Tishbi Merlot, Special Reserve – Gush Etzion and Kfar Yuval, 2002 The wine has a deep, pleasant color and a wide array of fragrances: sun-ripened plums, interwoven with black fruit, some smooth chocolate and just a hint of oak. On the palate, the wine is rich and complex, robust and velvety smooth and wonderfully full-bodied. (NIS 140 per bottle) Tishbi Cabernet Sauvignon, Special Reserve – Gush Etzion, 2002 This wine is made from grapes grown in the vineyards of the Judean Mountains, located some 800-900 meters above sea level. It is an elegant wine with an extremely fragrant bouquet of black fruit and hot, ripe cherries with just the slightest hint of oak. On the palate, it is soft, pleasant and balanced. (NIS 140 per bottle)
