The BBQ Garage at the winery specializes in American barbequing of meats using the winery barbeque smoker The Ole Hickory Pits smoker is imported from Missouri in the United States and mounted on a giant food truck.
The meats served are seasoned with a unique spice blend and smoked for around 14 hours, then served in a bread roll or by weight, with a side of seasoned French fries and beer from the barrel.
In addition, and also special to the BBQ Garage, we serve juicy hamburgers with the entire production process taking place on site from grinding of the beef up until its roasting in a unique wood-fired oven. A carnivorous celebration with cuts of juicy brisket, beef chuck, entrecote, and asado, to a background of lively dance music.
The winery store sells unique American spices imported from Chicago, sold under the winery’s brand name of BBQ GARAGE.
The Garage is open on Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
