The Tishbi Winery Restaurant

The Tishbi Winery Restaurant, on the picturesque road between Binyamina and Zichron Yaakov with a view of the vineyards over the road, is a kosher dairy restaurant presided over by Austrian chef Gunther Biderman, who has 25 years of experience around the world. Biderman manages a local kitchen at Tishbi, using the very best regional and seasonal produce – local cheeses, baladi vegetables, fresh fish from the Mediterranean, choice olive oils, and more – along with the food ingredients imported by the Tishbi Winery, meticulously following the techniques he brought with him from Europe. You can enjoy rich and varied breakfasts and lunches, fish prepared and served in a variety of ways, along with Tishbi wines served in glasses or bottles. The menu is suitable for an intimate meal for two accompanied by a bottle of wine; a business breakfast with many participants, or a family lunch as part of a day out at the Visitors Center.

At the end of the meal you can enjoy some of the desserts and sweets made in our patisserie, which make use of the various Valrhona chocolates and special baking and cooking ingredients supplied by Sosa.

The restaurant is divided into two spaces, which look into the open kitchen. The inner space has a stainless steel wine tank and an olive oil tank. At the other side are wine cabinets, containing the great variety of wines produced at the winery. There is also an outdoor section with a yard with long wooden tables where you can sit under trailing vines.
